四年前，坐在刚买的皮转椅上觉得右腿很酸，就换了木头会议椅；

三年前，坐久了木头会议椅觉得左膝有声音，就换了人体工学椅；

两年前，用久了折叠式的书桌觉得手腕很疼，就换了可调工作台；

一年前，用久了可调工作台觉得颈椎不对劲，就换了笔记本底托；

一个星期前，坐久了人体工学椅，用久了可调工作台，看久了笔记本底托，觉得髋关节抻得厉害，就换了无线键盘和鼠标；

昨天随便看了看新闻，BBC这次对中国四川的地震报道在头版头条，用了至少5分钟的时间。总的来说语调还算中肯。说到中国政府派解放军出发救援的时候主持人感慨道：只有communist government才能在这么短时间里迅速mobilize这么多的资源呀。呵呵，第一次在西方媒体上听见说communist的好话。不过在结尾时他似乎又意味深长地暗示地震灾区的楼房倒塌跟设计建造的people有关，不忘老本行。埋在学校里的孩子真可怜，想想自己当年这个时候还在做模拟卷子顺便抱怨天气热，现在的他们却在地下，在同伴和老师的尸体边苟延残喘争取一丝生机。但愿救援的部队能抓紧时机，挽救更多的生命。

China今年在西方媒体上频频出现。先是南方雪灾顺便加上Edison Chen的闹剧。然后是西藏的惨案。接着是奥运火炬的艰难跋涉。现在又轮到西南地区大地震。夏天到了，水灾风灾又是一茬。但愿这些天灾人祸不要继续上演下去，也希望中国在友好的目光中能够平安渡过2008年。
